The NH Collection Palacio de Castellanos hotel occupies a unique building, established on the site of the first Castellanos Palace, built between the end of the 15th century and the early 16th century, The Front Desk main hall lies within the interior cloister of the Palace, one of the greatest exponents of Spanish-Flemish Art. The hotel boasts 58 superior rooms and 4 junior suite-duplex. All of them completely refurbished, embellished with an elegant and contemporary style, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay.

Gastronomy

Every morning, the "Trento" Restaurant offers an enticing buffet breakfast, featuring an abundant variety of natural juices, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, cereals and a host of fresh daily produce; complemented by hot dishes "cooked to order". For early risers, a special breakfast is available in the hotel hall, served from 5:00 a.m. until the restaurant opens, to kick-start the day with a tempting snack.

The remodelled Cafeteria of the hotel allows the client to enjoy lunch or dinner from the Room Apetit NH menu in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. And during the warmer months, the surprising outdoor terrace is a perfect place to relax and take in the views of the Convent of San Esteban, whilst savouring a glass of fine wine and anjoying a delicious aperitif.
